Using the breath

Breathe you are alive. Breathe for your joy to be steady and calm. Breathe for your sorrow to flow away. Breathe to renew every cell in your blood. Breathe to renew the depths of your consciousness. Breathe to dwell in the here and now. Breathe and all you touch is new and real.

The breath is so powerful, we all take it for granted. What if we paused for a moment, at this moment now, whether you are waiting for the bus, train, in traffic, walking, cooking, having a bath, in the queue at the shops or anywhere else, waiting to pick the kids up from school or whatever! What might you experience? Give it a go.....Pause, feel the breath, watch the breath.... and then? You may notice pain, stress, quietness, calmness, breath is fast, breath is slow, breath changes movement in the body, the rhythm shifts or nothing? Whatever you experience it is exactly where you are, your present moment.

Why not try this once a day, just pause wherever you are and observe, experience, feel in complete awareness.

Breathing is simply one of the best practices to learn to stay calm & healthy. It is so precious, but with hectic daily life routines we breathe irregularly and this can imbalance our health.

Regular breathing practices help bring prana , our life force energy, to flow easily through our body, it empowers us to be in control of our own life and improve our health.

Here's to us all breathing consciously 🙏🏼
