A 12-week Yoga for Healthy Lower Back Course
Starting Sunday 3rd November 2019, 5.15pm - 6.30pm
The course will help you to manage and improve back issues, allowing you to move away from back pain, using Yoga postures, breath awareness and relaxation.
After the 12-week course you can continue with practicing at home, as they are life long tools.
